the engraving is great and the shipping was not the problem, all stellar. my main issue is that the vendor was unclear when it came to engraving. there is no color opportunities for customization, and the vendor did not wait until i gave approval after submitting proof. it was shipped right away. had there been a clear understanding, i would have gone in a different direction. please be aware that there are no color options, ensure the communications are clear, and manage expectations. otherwise, it's a solid product
